I just made two loaves of banana bread using this recipe from Money Saving Mom. I tried some and it is yum, but they got a little too dark. This has happened before when I baked, and I'm not sure if the oven is at the right temperature, if I should adjust the racks, or if I should check on things earlier. Oh well, it still tastes good, but isn't as pretty, hence no pictures.
I made two loaves because I got a SWEET deal on bananas. Occasionally the grocery store gathers the single lonely bananas and packages them together for $1. I got about 14 in this last package!
